I had 3 of my top sash windows replaced and the front door. Once a date had been agreed, I was kept informed, and the fitters came for a day and a morning. It was left tidy as they touched up loose render and vacuumed the rooms where the windows had been installed.

The installation went very well. They fitted 6 windows and one patio door. They took the time and care to make sure everything was fitted and worked correctly. Everything was cleaned and left tidy on completion, with instructions given on how to operate the windows.

The installer went above and beyond to fit the door, as the walls are not straight and there is electrical wiring in the area. He did a fantastic job, and I am absolutely delighted with the results. I will definitely use Mike Martin Windows again.

I ordered two replacement windows in July 2024. They were fitted on 3rd September 2024. The whole process from start to finish was handled with great professionalism. I was very impressed throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. No wonder they have such good reviews.

Replacement of three faulty UPVC sash windows – the work was done professionally and to budget. Phil and Tom who did the work did so knowing what they were doing. They were polite and friendly. They cleaned up afterwards. Nothing went wrong and when I asked for a different style of interior windowsill on one of the windows this was done to my wishes.

I found the whole process seamless, from the quote to the installation. The CAD’s, invoice process Everyone I spoke to were polite, friendly/helpful!! Zoe, Kirsty, Mel, the surveyor and fitters!
