I ordered two replacement windows in July 2024. They were fitted on 3rd September 2024. The whole process from start to finish was handled with great professionalism. I was very impressed throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. No wonder they have such good reviews.

Replacement of three faulty UPVC sash windows – the work was done professionally and to budget. Phil and Tom who did the work did so knowing what they were doing. They were polite and friendly. They cleaned up afterwards. Nothing went wrong and when I asked for a different style of interior windowsill on one of the windows this was done to my wishes.

I found the whole process seamless, from the quote to the installation. The CAD’s, invoice process Everyone I spoke to were polite, friendly/helpful!! Zoe, Kirsty, Mel, the surveyor and fitters! No issues with the latest installation. Problems on a previous installation (front door) that only became apparent in the winter with driving rain and high winds were resolved quickly and efficiently.

Great first impression the communication was great between us all. Was contact as soon are our French doors arrived. They removed the old windows and doors and fitted new windows and doors. The work was completed on time and on budget. The work was carried in a professional way with good communication between the installer and the customer and the house was left clean and tidy, and all the old materials were taken off site. We had an issue with the new front door which was resolved straight away.

Fitted a new composite door, all work completed in timescale. Door lock was faulty ,the company couldn’t fix to their satisfaction so ordered and fitted a replacement. Very pleased with fitting it was handled well , was kept informed at all times. Would definitely recommend.
