I ordered two replacement windows in July 2024. They were fitted on 3rd September 2024. The whole process from start to finish was handled with great professionalism. I was very impressed throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. No wonder they have such good reviews.

Replacement of three faulty UPVC sash windows – the work was done professionally and to budget. Phil and Tom who did the work did so knowing what they were doing. They were polite and friendly. They cleaned up afterwards. Nothing went wrong and when I asked for a different style of interior windowsill on one of the windows this was done to my wishes.

I found the whole process seamless, from the quote to the installation. The CAD’s, invoice process Everyone I spoke to were polite, friendly/helpful!! Zoe, Kirsty, Mel, the surveyor and fitters! Install two windows and repair another. Installed on the agreed date and to the amount quoted. Excellent communication from the office staff and friendly courteous fitter. No issues with the latest installation. Problems on a previous installation (front door) that only became apparent in the winter with driving rain and high winds were resolved quickly and efficiently.
