Starting today, we’re introducing a new approach to help you make informed decisions about your home improvement projects while showcasing everything that makes us stand out. Here’s how we’re doing things a little differently:
Step 1: Book a showroom appointment first
We’re putting our showroom front and centre! Whether you’re looking for a supply-only product, a 1st fix, or a full installation, we believe the best way to get started is by visiting our showroom. Why?
- Experience our products up close: From windows to doors, you’ll be able to touch, feel, and see the quality of the products we offer. Our showroom allows you to truly understand what we’re all about.
- Meet the team: Our friendly team is on hand to chat, answer questions, and provide expert advice. Plus, we’ve got a fantastic coffee machine, so you can relax while we guide you through your options.
- See our facilities: Our showroom is a great representation of the quality and attention to detail that goes into every product we offer. We work with a handful of trusted suppliers throughout the UK to deliver fantastic products that suit your needs perfectly.
- View our warehouse: We hold hundreds of frames in our organised and purpose-built storeroom space. This is all fully visible from our showroom, allowing you to see part of the process and how organised we are in getting everything ready for your project.
During the showroom appointment, we’ll give you the full tour and discuss your options, allowing you to make an informed decision. It would be great (but not essential) if you could come prepared with some photos on your phone or device of the windows you want to replace, or any plans or designs you’d like us to look at. This helps us to give more tailored advice and understand your vision more clearly. Of course, we’ll schedule a home visit if needed to confirm product suitability and finalise the quote.
Step 2: Home visit after the showroom
After you’ve visited our showroom, we’ll arrange a home visit if necessary. This allows us to confirm the suitability of our products in your home’s specific setting and ensure everything is just right for you.
We understand that some customers might prefer to skip the showroom and jump straight to a home visit. That’s perfectly fine! However, we’ll always mention how much we’d love for you to visit our showroom first, as we think it makes the whole process smoother and more enjoyable for everyone.
Booking your appointment
Booking is easy! Our admin team will handle the scheduling, whether for a showroom or home visit. We’ll ensure each appointment is given the right amount of time, typically around 30 minutes, to ensure we meet all your needs.
And if you require an out-of-hours appointment, just let us know. We’ll check availability and get back to you with the best time.
