1. The Price Match Promise (“Price Match Promise”) is offered by Mike Martin Window Systems Ltd and is applicable to uPVC products within our designated service area of Cornwall.
2. To be eligible for the Price Match Promise, customers must present a written quotation from a competing company that offers the same type of product (e.g., windows & doors).
3. The like-for-like quotation provided by the customer must meet the following criteria:
– The same product with identical specifications, including materials, design, and features.
– The same dimensions and measurements of the product.
– The same quality and performance ratings, such as energy efficiency and security features.
– The same installation and service offering, including warranties and after-sales support.
4. Price Match Promise claims must be submitted in writing to Mike Martin Window Systems Ltd at the time of obtaining the initial quotation but before placing an order.
5. The competing quotation must be dated within 30 days of the claim submission and must be from a company that operates within our designated service area.
6. Mike Martin Window Systems Ltd reserve the right to verify the competing quotation and may contact the competing company to authenticate the information provided.
7. The Price Match Promise is not applicable to quotes obtained from online retailers, auction sites, third-party sellers, or companies that do not have a physical presence within our designated service area.
8. The Price Match Promise does not apply to products that are on clearance, on sale, part of a promotional offer, or subject to special financing or discount programs.
9. The Price Match Promise is applicable only before any deposit payment has been made. After a deposit has been received, Price Match Promise claims will not be accepted.
10. Each customer is entitled to a maximum of one Price Match Promise claim per purchase agreement.
11. Mike Martin Window Systems Ltd reserves the right to reject Price Match Promise claims that do not meet the specified criteria or that are deemed to be fraudulent or misleading.
12. The decision of Mike Martin Window Systems Ltd regarding the Price Match Promise claim is final and cannot be appealed.
13. The Price Match Promise is subject to product and service availability, and Mike Martin Window Systems Ltd may withdraw or suspend the offer at its discretion.
14. By participating in the Price Match Promise, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom, and any disputes arising in connection with the Price Match Promise will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
16. Mike Martin Window Systems Ltd may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
17. The Price Match Promise cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts offered by Mike Martin Window Systems Ltd unless explicitly stated.
18. Mike Martin Window Systems Ltd reserves the right to cancel or void the Price Match Promise in cases of force majeure, fraud, technical malfunctions, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may compromise the fairness and integrity of the offer.
19. The Price Match Promise is subject to review and compliance with all local laws and regulations. In case of any conflict between these terms and conditions and applicable laws, the latter shall prevail.
