Will has been a key part of the Mike Martin Window Systems team for the past 3.5 years. A family man and popular team member, Will is known for his versatility and “good all-rounder” skills, bringing a calm, capable presence to every job.

Describe your role and a typical day.
I’m a window technician. My days vary a lot—one day I could be installing windows, and the next I’m handling service calls or overcoming technical challenges.
What’s surprised you most about the windows and doors industry?
Everyone’s love for anthracite grey!
What part of your job makes you smile the most?
When the sun’s on your back during an installation.
If you could shadow anyone in the company for a day, who would it be and why?
Julian—he always finds time for cake!
If you could confuse future archaeologists with a cave painting, what would you draw?
A bifold door.

The Queen.

Depends on when the 10 minutes is… I’d choose when the lotto numbers are being drawn!
